Returns & Repairs Policy

We endeavor to offer a 30 days Free return policy with no restocking fee.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund but we are always open to discussing your individual circumstances and working with you for the best outcome. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

It is not possible to return custom-made prescription mounts or lenses.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, this is stored on our system when you order so do not worry if you are unable to locate it. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition.

Damaged or missing parts.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your full refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

You will receive an automatic email or text from AimCam when we process your refund.

If you receive the email but the funds are not in your account straight away, first check your bank account and credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially transferred.

If you’ve done the above and still not received your refund after 14 days from AimCam authorizing the transfer, please contact us at support@aimcam.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Regular-priced and sales items can also be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@aimcam.com


Shipping

We now have offices for returning your products n the USA, United Kingdom (UK) and Croatia (Europe) to help you receive the best service. 

To return your product, you should contact support@aimcam.com with your order details and they will assist you. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the value of your goods.

We want to receive your returned item.

Note: Before you return the product to AimCam, make sure to back up any videos, photos or data you have made and remove the Micro SD storage device from the AimCam.  AimCam is not responsible for any confidential, proprietary or personal information; lost or corrupted that may be incurred during the return of your goods.
