The AimCam PRO4K is our latest generation of line-of-sight camera glasses — engineered for trainers, tactical professionals, and outdoor enthusiasts. 

Featuring a precision-aligned camera capable of 4K/2K/1080p recording, the PRO4K captures exactly what you see, hands-free. ANSI Z87+ certified lenses protect your eyes while you record, and Wi-Fi connectivity with the AimCam Pro App lets you stream, review, and share instantly.

The AimCam PRO4K will record continuous 4K video for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours on the internal battery. If that's not long enough the PRO4K has been designed to "work while charging" off our Reloaded-additional powerpack for 4-5hrs extra run time or with any other off the shelve cell/mobile phone power bank allowing for unlimited power/runtime options.

Recording time will vary according to the resolution setting and the SD card capacity. Here are the average recording storage times for your AimCam PRO4K camera with a larger 256GB SD card:
-4K (30 fps): 30hrs 20minutes
-2K (60 fps): 28hrs 30minutes
-1080P (120 fps): 24hrs 15 minutes
-1080P (60 fps): 42hrs 30 minutes

What is the difference to other cameras/camera glasses?

AimCam is the only sports action camera that has been designed from the ground up to capture line of sight. The AimCam PRO4KK has a directional 24 mega Pixel micro camera that can be mounted directly inline with the user’s dominant eye. This can then be adjusted to compensate for any tilt or angle of the users head when aiming. Other mounted cameras / camera glasses only point in a single direction, only AimCam points where your eye is looking.

Is AimCam only for aiming sports/activities?

No, AimCam is a fully adjustable camera system which can be set-up to record and share any activity, capturing all the action of your adventure along with great audio as you experience it.

Can the PRO4K be mounted on my existing glasses?

No. The AimCam glasses frame holds all the necessary electronics to operate your AimCam such as PCB, battery, microphone and WIFI transmitter. You can however have your prescription made into the main lenses or we supply a separate RX mount & lens service.

Does AimCam work for either left or right eye dominance?

Yes. AimCam comes with a range of camera mounts suitable for positioning the micro-camera anywhere inline with either the left or right eye. It also can be locked centrally like other fixed smart camera glasses. PRO4K - One device, endless possibilities!

Can they be used as a training aid?

Yes AimCam is a powerful coaching/teaching aid, your phone/tablet shows what the student sees and you can take control of the AimCam from your mobile device via the AimCam Pro App.

Probably one of my best purchases

"I was a little worried at first of what the quality was going to be. I had watched some videos on youtube of people using them and it always looked kinda washed out and grainy. I just finished recording a video myself (2K at 60fps, just so I get best of both worlds). Wow. I was completely blown away. I’m assuming that either youtube just compressed those videos or the ones who uploaded them hadn’t set their glasses to be a high resolution and had it optimized for better frame rate. I did notice that my shooting earmuffs causes interference with the wifi signal on the glasses so I had to make sure I just turned off my muffs so I wasn’t able to use the active shot cancelation or anything but that’s fine. Other than that, these glasses are great."

Everything I hoped for

"Phenomenal. People kept trying to get me to buy other glasses with fixed cameras, but I specifically wanted this because it's the only product that will record through your pistol optic and allow for an immersive viewing experience, which is something I enjoy. Even in low light, the 4K setting at 60 frames per second, considering the size of the camera, is amazing. I'll never film a shooting match a different way. I wanted this years ago, but I'm glad I waited until the technology matured because the resolution you get off of that tiny camera is crazy. The screenshots I'm attaching are of me shooting a stage out of match, and I'd like to emphasize that it's **very** dark outside, even with the event lighting that we have at this competition range. It looks even better in better lighting conditions, but because of the season, it's dark by the time the weekday match is underway."
